Method
Prep 5 > Cook 15 > Serves 1
- Add a bit of olive oil to a non-stick pan.
- Add broccoli, rice, kale, sweet potato and mozzarella.
- Crack in an egg and continue to stir/ scramble.
- Dress with some tamari sauce (and optional honey), continue to stir.
- Serve once the kale has wilted and egg is completely cooked. Enjoy!
