Method
Prep 7 > Cook 6-10 > Makes: 3
- Mash banana with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add egg, oats and chia seeds and mix well.
- Heat a large non-stick fry pan over med- low heat. *You may like to spray the pan with a bit of olive oil spray.
- Add batter to make 3 pancakes.
- Cook for about 3-4 min one side then flip and cook for 3-4 min on other side, until golden.
- Top with you favourite pancake toppings and enjoy!
