Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup cocao powder
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Desiccated coconut to cover
Method
Prep 15 > Makes 10
- Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until combined and dough like. * If mixture is too dry gradually add some water until you get the right consistency.
- Roll mixture into balls, then roll in coconut.
- Keep in fridge, or freezer.
