Ingredients
- 100g unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 125g caster sugar
- 50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g self raising flour
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Nutella
Method
Prep 25 > Cook 10-12 > Makes: about 10
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line two baking trays.
- Add butter and sugar to bowl and cream with a hand blender.
- Mix in egg and vanilla.
- Sift in self raising flour and salt, then mix and add dark chocolate.
- Take a tablespoon of mixture into the palm of your hand and flatten. Add 1/2 a tsp of nutella into the centre and fold edges in like a dumpling. Place on tray and repeat with remaining mixture.
- Add tray to oven and bake for 10-12 min, until slightly golden.
