Ingredients
- 1 medium desire potato, grated
- 1 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 80g halloumi (1/3 standard block), roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
Prep 10 > Cook 10 > Makes: 6 Fritters
- Use a fork to coarsely crush thawed peas.
- Add egg, potato and halloumi into peas a mix.
- Add flour, baking powder and milk and stir until combined.
- In a large non-stick frypan add 1/4 cup fulls of mixture allowing room for spreading.
- Cook for 3 min or until golden then flip and cook for another until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with salad, avocado and sweet chilli sauce.
