- Preheat oven to 160°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Mix honey, peanut butter, banana and coconut oil in a large bowl until well blended. Mix in the egg and then the vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- Stir in ground oats, rolled oats and chocolate.
- Roll mixture (heaped tablespoonfuls) into balls and flatten.
- Cook for 16 min, or until lightly golden.
