Ingredients
- 1 cup peas (canned, fresh or defrosted)
- 1/2 x 400ml can green lentils
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 large brown onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper
Method
Prep 15 > Cook 10 > Makes: about 10 Fritters
- Blitz oats in food processor until fine and nearly flour like.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor with the oats and blitz until coarsely blended.
- Roll mixture into large balls and press into burger shapes.

Bake: Preheat the oven to 180C. Place each burger patty onto a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure they’re golden on both sides.
