Prep/cook 10-15 > Makes 1 Jar
- Add chopped strawberries to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5-10 min until strawberries start to break down.
- Mash the strawberries with a fork, leaving it as smooth or chunky as you like.
- Remove from heat, stir in 1tbs of argave and stir. Taste & add more argave/ lemon juice to taste.
- Stir in 2tbs of chia seeds. Let stand for 5 min, until thickened. For more thickness, stir in more chia seeds 1tsp at a time.
- Transfer to a jar once jam has cooled. Store in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
* You can have this as a topping on your porridge, on crackers, with peanut butter or however you fancy.
